Every ringgit you wager earns VIP points that unlock exclusive perks — higher cashback, bigger betting limits, special bonuses, and personalised 24/7 support. The Game Spin VIP Programme is designed to reward every loyal Malaysian member.
VIP Membership Tiers
Each tier unlocks more exclusive benefits. The higher you climb, the greater the rewards.
Why Our VIP Program Stands Apart
Many online casino platforms offer VIP programmes, but in reality most of them are simply different names for nearly identical benefits. At Game Spin, we believe loyal members deserve more than just labels and badges. Our VIP Rewards programme is carefully designed to ensure that every ringgit you invest with us delivers real, meaningful returns.
When you first sign up at Game Spin, you're automatically placed in the Bronze tier — which already offers 3% weekly cashback and a 100% welcome bonus. That means from day one, you're already earning benefits. VIP points are accumulated automatically every time you play any game on the Game Spin platform — whether that's slots, baccarat, Sports Betting, lottery, or virtual sports.
The VIP upgrade process at Game Spin is straightforward and transparent. Our system tracks your points in real time based on your total gameplay. Once you hit the threshold required for the next tier, the upgrade happens automatically — no application needed. You'll also receive an instant notification via SMS or email whenever your VIP status changes, along with a special tier upgrade bonus credited directly to your account.
One of the most valued benefits among VIP members Game Spin is a weekly cashback. Unlike other platforms that only offer cashback on net losses with complicated conditions, Game Spin's cashback is calculated fairly and credited every Monday, no questions asked. Diamond members receive up to 25% cashback — meaning if you have a rough week, at least a quarter of your losses are automatically returned to you.
Our rewards points programme is also straightforward to understand. Every RM 10 wagered earns VIP Points that can be redeemed as gaming credits. Bronze members earn 1 point per RM 10, while Diamond members earn 5 points per RM 10 — five times more for the same amount of play. Points can be redeemed at any time through your account dashboard, at a conversion rate of RM 1 credit for every 100 points.
For Gold VIP members and above, Game Spin provides a dedicated personal account manager reachable via WhatsApp or direct phone call. This means you never have to wait in the general support queue — your personal manager will handle deposit, withdrawal, and bonus requests in a fraction of the time. For Platinum and Diamond members, withdrawals are processed in 5 minutes or less.
The birthday reward is another special surprise available exclusively at Game Spin. Every year during your birthday month, a special bonus is automatically credited to your account — from MYR 100 for Silver members all the way up to MYR 2,000 for Diamond members. No complicated wagering requirements. This is our way of celebrating you, because without loyal members like you, Game Spin wouldn't be what it is today.
For slots and Live Casino enthusiasts, VIP members also get early access to new games launching on Game Spin. Before the latest titles open to the general public, Gold members and above can try them first — giving you the edge of understanding new games before anyone else. VIP members are also eligible for exclusive tournaments that are not publicly advertised, with considerably more lucrative prize pools.
Deposits and withdrawals across all Game Spin VIP tiers are handled through fast, secure local Malaysian payment methods. You can deposit using Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, or online banking such as Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks via FPX. All transactions are processed quickly and securely, with no hidden fees.
If you have not yet taken advantage of the Game Spin VIP Rewards programme, now is the best time to start. Every step you take brings you closer to the Diamond tier — and the exceptional benefits waiting there. Tips to Maximise Your VIP
With a bit of smart planning, you can accumulate VIP points faster and unlock the benefits of higher tiers sooner.
Game Spin regularly runs double points promotions on selected days. Plan your sessions around these days to accumulate points up to three times faster than usual.
VIP Points are earned across all game types — slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, lottery, and virtual sports. There is no need to focus on just one game. Mix it up for a more enjoyable experience while accumulating points across the board.
Your VIP tier remains active as long as you play regularly within the designated period. Log in and play at least once a month to maintain your current VIP status.
VIP Points have an expiry date. Check your dashboard regularly and redeem your points before they expire. Letting points lapse means losing rewards for no reason!
